Projects

Things I’ve built, mostly to scratch an itch at the electronics bench, the music stand, or my own GitHub backlog.

Cryptid Effects is my guitar pedal company: hand-wired guitar and bass effects inspired by legends and lore. The Tayda UV Artwork Processor turns pedal enclosure artwork into print-ready PDFs for Tayda’s UV printing service. Sightings is a desktop and Android workbench for the Peak Atlas DCA75 semiconductor analyser. Fretman teaches the notes and chords on a guitar or bass fretboard through quick drills. Akashic is a searchable library of DIY guitar-pedal PCBs and their parts lists, gathered from every vendor’s build documents. Fast Lane speeds up the boring tasks of keeping repos healthy, the repetitive, mechanical work like merging dependency bumps and fixing broken CI. It watches my GitHub repos and hands that routine maintenance to Claude Code, asking me only when a decision is mine. Ley Lines maps guitar-pedal lineage: which circuits came from which, and the circuit blocks they share.
